Also helping the team request storm water permits, and soil studies pertaining to certain projects. Obtaining signatures, assigning project managers and assisting CMS in managing the new systems.Processing as well as managing Joint Development Escrow Requests by collecting invoices, obtaining approvals and putting together formal requests to JDA partners and the Title Companies.Other duties consist of, managing vendor relations and assisting any other departments, municipalities, and utilities companies with any questions or issues.
