Includes working with corporate to ensure a level of customer service that is differentiated from the competition; and developing a unified approach to serving external and internal customers• Maintains a strong working knowledge of the overall market area, including sales backlog, service and repair volume, market penetration, volume of outstanding bids, available new business, special projects, and staffing requirements and availability• Maintains strong familiarity of vendor products by attending company training classes, and reviewing all options, updates, and supplier goods. Includes maintaining a strong understanding of Otis, Kone, Schindler, and thyssenkrupp Elevator products in the market• Supports a culture of customer satisfaction that promotes customer retention.
