I'm teaching two classes of Advanced Algebra I to 9th graders.

I sub a variety of subjects, primarily math, science, and Spanish.

I worked with high school students as a specialty coach in long jump, triple jump, and the hurdle events (girls 300m low and 100m intermediate, boys 300 intermediate and 110m high).

As an intern at a small, locally oriented not-for-profit organization, my duties ranged greatly from grant research and office work to biological monitoring of outgoing coho salmon smolt. I learned a lot about native California coastal flora and helped maintain a vibrant native plant nursery, the plants from which were used in restoration activities. I did a lot of community outreach, volunteer coordination, and educational work with the organization, as well.

I tutored a high schooler in diverse subjects including Spanish, math, physics, and biology.
