Managed sales, marketing, training and educational programs for Luxul's channel partners. Worked directly with network installers and dealers on a daily basis, assisting them with network configuration and in making product recommendations. Represented Luxul at many channel and industry events and was the primary instructor for Luxul’s popular educational webinar series. As Luxul’s channel evangelist, actively sought vendor partnership opportunities within the CEDIA industry that contributed to increased knowledge for dealers, integrators, and distributors.

Oversaw all aspects of general office coordination. Maintained office calendar, staff information, interacted with clients, vendors and visitors, and sorted and distributed incoming correspondence. Performed general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing. Filed and retrieved organizational documents, records and reports. Created and modified documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Set up and coordinated meetings and conferences. Prepared agendas and made arrangements for committee, Board and other meetings. Made travel arrangements for staff. Collected and maintained inventory of office equipment and supplies. Supported staff in assigned project‐based work. Assisted in special events planning.

Managed all aspects of Utah Flash group sales, including, but not limited to, corporate groups, school groups, anthems, pre-game entertainment and events, half-time entertainment, and quarter-break entertainment. Helped create and implement large-scale advertising campaigns and creative marketing initiatives. Collaborated with advertising sales staff and assisted with creation and development of promotional elements of Flash sponsorships and new avenues of sponsorship within the Flash and game night experience. Developed creative programs to target specific community organizations for groups. Represented the team at various community events with the responsibility of informing the community about the team, and marketing ticket sales packages and promotions.
