Senior Account Manager- Ecommerce
Current- Lead the implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies.- Manage account health performance and resolve issues, collaborating with clients to create action plans.- Oversee backend operations, including catalog management, customer service, product and seller reviews, case management, account health, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with the brand team to set up and manage deals, structure promotional calendar, and coupons.- Launch, merchandise, and monitor product health across all brands. (Vendor Central and Seller Central)- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and growth.- Report performance KPIs of the Marketplace team to management, internal and external stakeholders.- Utilized software such as Helium10, JungleScout, Keepa, i2o, Pacvue and others to best serve clients.
