Safety National – Assisted in the implementation of Five9 into Safety National Call Centers. Learned more about the business side of call center work with phone system transferring and Teams integration. Acted as the Subject Matter Expert of Five9 for the Safety National Project Managers.Edward Jones – Created the current Edwards Jones Security Review Process, which was a semi manual process of looking through tables of data and determining if the table had private data inside that would lead to being obfuscated. Trained and managed a team of 8 in the Security Review Process and gave weekly updates on the project. Later in the project became a “Swiss Army Knife” for the Obfuscation team while primarily doing Security Reviews as they came in, wrote Jira stories, and helped with Operating Models.

• Coordinate with engineers to get program data sent to the government and supplier distributions on time• Look over data documents to ensure they are correct with government standards for distribution• Give access to coworkers to data servers and Boeing programs

• Estimate procurement costs using company programs• Analyze and evaluate best cost, for parts, using different Strategic Agreements, Purchase Orders, or Quotes• Coordinate with buyers to determine policies, agendas, and duties• Prepare documentation in accordance with policies and customer requirements

• Single Point of Contact for Imports• Work with a team of 10 to make sure all import beer is distributed evenly across the country• Last minute scheduling changes for unexpected circumstances
