Ensures that House of Representative rules and procedures are followed and is proficient in Mason’s Manual of Legislative Procedure and the state of Michigan Open Meetings Act.

Worked with state departments and agencies to assist constituents with a variety of issues.Researched potential bill/legislative ideas and presented them in an easy-to-understand format. Assisted in writing constituent response letters and monthly newsletter.

East Lansing

As the Executive Secretary for the Residence Halls Association it is my responsibility to take accurate minutes of meetings. I am also responsible for managing the Residence Halls Association's office. This includes taking inventory and ordering supplies. Furthermore, I write up the weekly RHA Today and put together the agenda each week. I also keep track of all constituencies' attendance and keep the General Assembly of the Residence Hall Association informed.

As a Resident Assistant I developed a community within Holden Residence Hall. I also communicate important information to my residents about living in the residence hall and on campus. Furthermore, I planed and coordinated activities for groups ranging from fifteen to one hundred people. Finally, I was able to interact with residents on a daily basis, asses their needs and assist and mentor them.

As a cashier I greeted customers and directed them to products within the store. I am also experienced in aspects of monetary transactions.Furthermore, I have the ability to explain store policies and procedures to customers in a friendly and professional manor.

As a Hostess I greeted guests and guided them to their seats at tables or in waiting areas. I also spoke with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and responded to complaints. I answered phones and took reservations for future customers. I was also responsible for maintaining contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details were handled properly and customers' concerns were addressed.
