•Executive of Human Resources for 650+ team•Responsible for overseeing and directing all Human Resource functionsResponsible for overseeing and directing the Human Resource functions nationwide, including promoting and implementing human resource programs, compensation and benefits administration, recruiting and staffing, organizational and space planning, communication and feedback, performance management and improvement systems, employee onboarding, retention and turnover, policy development and documentation, employee relations, employee safety and health, and other employee services. Leads in providing an employee focused and high performance culture of empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of the team. This position selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists; and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, benefits administrators, and other outside sources. It also directs the preparation of information requests in regards to legal issues and serves as the primary contact with the company employment law attorney. This position, facilitates all aspects of the HR department to allow it to function properly by managing, directing, developing and inspiring the HR staff.
