PR & Media - I manage and build relationships regarding PR within the Brand (approximately 120 contacts). This role requires copywriting, reporting (ROI, social tracking, achievements), building and supporting brand guidelines, code management (affiliation codes), gifts and styling, and supporting our relationships with media. Events- I Co-produce all events for Vitality. This includes and is not limited to, Annual Pop-Up Shop Expos, Partnered Fitness Studios, Campaign Photoshoots with Community, Internal Employee events, and future ideas or events. Charity - I assist in the management of Vitality's Philanthropic Committee, in regard to all charity partnerships and connects. This requires meeting with both external partners, and scheduling internal volunteer and training. Communication - Assist in any brand communication outlines, by inputing copywriting about the company as a whole. Ensuring that the brand guidelines align with Vitality's mission and voice as a whole. This includes crisis management.

This position was a dual role- for both the Affiliate Department, as well as the PR Department. Affiliate Ops - As the Affiliate Operations Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing that all External Partners (Affiliates, approximately 130 individuals) are prepared with their contracted products, to ensure the upmost experience for each brand's collection launch. This responsibility begins with direct communication with the company's Manufacturing liaison, to track and assist Inbound Shipments, approvals, and receiving. Following logistics, I directly manage the Affiliate Operations Team's tasks, scheduling, and overall success, while contributing to the marketing plans and forward thinking growth of the Marketing department.PR Ops - I am the direct contact for Vitality's Internal and External PR Contacts. In suit with Affiliate Operations, I ensure that each PR contact is being taken care of through the brand, in regards to their relationship with Vitality. This role allows me to represent the brand directly, through personal interaction (In-person, DMs, Email, Affiliate Codes, Events) and corresponding with Media, Agencies, and Athlete Management.

I complete warehouse tasks to ensure customers and brand affiliates received their products from each new product launch. I grew in this role to support affiliate operations, including planning and eventually styling of affiliates.

I organized, planned, and took care of each family I worked with, an arrange of ages and multiples. I was an extension of each parent's goals to be achieved, standards and values to be upheld, so that important business opportunities could be embraced while they worked hard, and came home prepped and prepared to succeed.

I began working at the salon when I was 18 for the duration of my first 2 years of college. My job title included completing maintenance tasks on salon equipment, daily cleaning, ordering and stocking inventory and being a direct line of customer service face to face while communicating with our corporate base. I would work to make client's feel welcome, taken care of and comfortable in our environment while running the salon, sometimes alone. The best and most memorable part of my job was client interaction. To this day I value the communication skills I developed.
