As a compassionate mental performance consultant, my goal is to support young athletes, first responders, military personnel, business professionals, and other performers in understanding in themselves and their abilities to perform at their optimal level more consistently. With my background in Kinesiology and my Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, I have a wide view understanding of the physical and mental struggles that is faced. By working with people for over 10 + years as a swim instructor, I have seen fear and anxiety in many different ways and have helped overcome those fears with skills and patience. Combining these skills, I am able to help and support anyone in need to overcome any mental obstacle.
