Oversee a corporate advisory practice focused on the valuation of corporate debt, equity and derivative securities, partnership interests and intangible assets of privately held and publicly traded businesses. Perform valuations serving a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax reporting, litigation, bankruptcy and general corporate planning.
