MERO conducts audits and evaluations of Department programs, contracts, grants, contractor performance, and procurement related activities. I have worked in Baghdad, Iraq on security planning portfolios and previously on projects to evaluate construction security planning in Pakistan and on anti-terrorism programs in various countries in the Middle East. • Coordinated all documentation, logistics and funding for 37 month-long English camps around Costa Rica. Over 700 rising 7th-grade Costa Rican students participated. • Oversaw the grant writing and editing process for 28 Peace Corps Volunteers • Led multi-day trainings for 34 Peace Corps Volunteers, 30 Costa Ricans and ten international volunteers • Redesigned a month-long, 70-hour communicative English curriculum, then adopted and implemented nationwide • Served as the head communications liaison between Peace Corps staff, volunteers and host-country nationals
