Preschool Director
Current- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children- Manage the preschool budget effectively, including allocating resources for staff, supplies, and educational materials- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff to ensure a high-quality learning environment- Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and address any concerns or issues- Conduct regular assessments of students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the preschool's curriculum and overall performance
