I currently have a degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management along with several certificates, licenses, and certifications. I attended Ivy Tech Community College and Purdue University School of Technology where I studied extensive management concepts and advanced leadership methods including Organizational Leadership & Supply Chain Engineering Technology. Prior to receiving my Supply Chain & Logistics Management degree and during my time at Purdue’s main campus, I was a member of the Women In Technology club and was invited to National Society of Leadership & Success (NSLS) honors society. During my time with ITCC and Purdue, I received several Dean’s List letter Awards, Semester Honors Awards, and multiple Honors Grants.Certifications: - Supply Chain Management Technical Certificate- Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) certification through Manufacturing Skills Standards Council- Certified Procurement Operations Specialist (CPOS) Level 1 certification through Next Level Purchasing Association- Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing through Six Sigma Global Institute - Supply Chain Management & Logistics Management Certificate from Ivy Tech Community College. - Transportation Operations (SCPro) certification through Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.Experience:I have customer service based management experience along with extensive sales, administrative, and manufacturing experience. I currently work for Portland Forge where I am the direct contact for all things machining related, internally and externally. My main roles include outsourced inventory management, outsourced shipment processing, RFQ submissions and communication, Requisitions, machining-production scheduling, regular supplier communication & support, and logistics support. I work with all areas of operations including, but not limited to, sales, quality, production, purchasing, shipping/receiving, etc.
