My responsibility as a Federal Account Manager for Oracle is to support the various entities within the Department of Commerce in the successful execution of key technical initiatives. I collaborate with customers to provide recommendations regarding our leading Oracle Database Technology, Data Security, and Cloud Solutions.

As an Account Manager of the Government Services Division, Ana has a responsibility to ensure the proper support for all new and existing clients with oversight of all contracting initiatives to provide the best solution from proposal to delivery. At the capture phase, Ana consults with our clients and internal team to establish the best winning strategy. In both the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) stages, Ana works with our team to assist our clients with price-to-win strategy, the selection of Key Management Personnel (KMP), and proposal writing. At delivery, Ana ensures the proper allocation of key resources to provide a completely customizable approach fitted to both the client and end-customer while upholding the requirement borders of time, price, and quality. Her fully tailored approach serves to fulfill and exceed requirement expectations and guarantee a strong supporting backbone for our clients to designate their attention to the end goal: winning more business. Ana has personally made large strides to break entry to barrier into some of the largest billion dollar (in yearly revenue) Federal contracting organizations as an Account Manager of Government Services by identifying new opportunities and spearheading strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships.

The Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) is the leading national organization for Latin-x workers and their families. LCLAA was born in 1972 out of the need to educate, organize and mobilize Latinos in the labor movement and has expanded its influence to organize Latin-x in an effort to impact workers' rights and their influence in the political process. LCLAA represents the interest of more than 2 million Latino workers in the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), The Change to Win Federation, Independent Unions and all its membership.

I assisted students who desired to increase their Spanish-speaking written and verbal capabilities through both interdisciplinary and cultural development. In this role, I was responsible for conducting weekly conversation classes, coaching students on writing/grammar development, and providing after-hours assistance on relevant class assignments. In addition, I was responsible for proposing and hosting on-campus cultural events to increase cultural awareness at the University.
