- Led product design and branding at a pre-series-A startup, building a web app to help real estate agents fill out contracts and documents more seamlessly.- Redesigned application to implement consistent design system and streamline user flows, resulting in a 15-minute process for agents to complete offer contracts that 80% of agents preferred to their existing contracting solutions- Implemented a modern product development workflow, including fully documenting features, conducting kickoff and review meetings, implementing Zeplin for developer handoff and refactoring and componetizing the existing Figma files- Designed net-new features based on user feedback and product strategy- Played a key role in creation of 30,000-foot product strategy, including creating pitches, conference decks, etc.- Designed an updated brand look and feel based on product strategy and new tone and voice and applied it to marketing materials as well as the product itself

Led the design effort on a multiplatform software product for an oxygen concentrator manufacturer. Designed and presented style guides, wireframes and final screen designs for a web app and iOS and Android apps. Worked with a team of four developers to iterate on and implement designs, pivoting when necessary to accommodate unforeseen technical constraints.

Consulted as the project lead on a large-scale internally- and externally-facing international ground-up web platform for UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Drafted, iterated and executed on a process to kickstart the project with limited preexisting information. Led with a team of functional and technical BAs to concept application from scratch, using high-level feature definitions and existing client research. Led 100+ hours of discovery meetings to gather requirements with product owners, using written feature definitions, wireframes, user flows, designed screens, etc. Created and applied a new design system to accommodate both the internal and external user. Implemented an A-Z product design workflow, including wireframing, prototyping, design, spec creation, asset-sharing and revision management. Wrote application specification and led technical meetings as needed. Supported offshore development resources in their execution of the product vision, including programming code samples, advising on best practices for front-end development and advocating for the user perspective.

Clients include Beautyrest Mattresses, Edward Andrews Homes, Georgia Power, United Healthcare, Equifax, hth Pools, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Baptist Health and Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Concepted, created, and presented print and digital campaigns, website redesigns, live-action and animated videos, branding systems, interface designs and print collateral. Art-directed photo and video shoots. Designed a large-scale content marketing site for Beautyrest Mattresses, developed and maintained its look and feel and concepted and created new content. Advised the agency on digital design best practices. Created and implemented internal workflows for web design and development. Led multiple website redesigns from concept to launch. Managed and trained digital designers and production artists as needed to complete work.

Created a large variety of branded material for the spcaLA, both printed and online. Concepted for projects alone and in a creative leadership team. Created and presented work for departments within the organization in an agency-client context. Worked extensively with outside contractors, such as various printers and a back-end developer.
