I am a government contracts and construction lawyer maximizing the position of contractors—whether multinational corporations or local family businesses—in disputes with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and other federal and state agencies.My goal is to resolve disputes through negotiation to limit cost and business interruption for contractors.
