As one of four founding members, I wear many hats and am constantly trying on new ones. My background in construction and project management provides me with the experience needed to bring a construction project from concept to completion. Our first trip to Papua New Guinea was an amazing challenge to make this happen in one of the most remote places in the world. This is the beginning of something awesome.

First employee at Revolusun, wore many hats in the early days. Designed, and managed the installation of over 300 residential PV Projects. Managed over 70+ projects concurrently from point of sale to maintenance of the system and punch-list items after project completion. Maintained communications with many customers daily on status of projects. Responsible for 3 Racking crews and 3+ Electrical crews daily. Prepared packages, photos, details and plans for multiple subcontractors, communicated expectations daily between client and subcontractors. Verified project budget Set up the first warehouse, managed inventory, delivery of materials, setting up jobs individually for the projects. Was the first Monitoring Systems integrator. Was the first and only head of Hot Water / Attic fans Worked an average of 12 hour days for the last three years. Worked multiple weekends in order to help the company grow. Completed Sunpower University Advanced Design and Advanced Installation Course work. All pre-requisites for NABCEP certification completed.

Created and designed custom cabinets and built-in custom cabinetry pieces. Fabrication and onsite installation. Milling wood and working with and maintaining all general woodshop tools.

Fieldwork involved extensive surveys & land mapping for foundations for new homes. Dutiesalso included all rough framing and electrical routing. Managed small framing crews of 3-5 menon small residential projects
