Create and implement strategic programs that yield results for all clients including Dunkin’. Identify and negotiate celebrity and influencer partners, as well as act as liaison between those chosen and the brand. Produce events that scale from grand openings to national product launches. Leverage media relationships to secure placements.

Create and implement local, national and international publicity campaigns across all media (print, broadcast, radio, digital and social). Implement and manage strategic social media campaigns, including monitoring online conversations and executing an editorial calendar and posting schedule. Craft and edit press releases, niche pitches, press kits, spokesperson messaging points, social media content, promotional copy & executive communications/presentations, on property signage and collateral. Design, produce and manage cause-related, grand opening events/promotions, garnering publicity where applicable. Lead executive client conferences representing public relations and marketing. Manage and media train field members for press opportunities. Recruit and supervise junior-level team members, freelancers and interns.
