Taylor Bowes is an experienced program director with a demonstrated history of leadership and community engagement. Skilled in strategic planning, systems thinking, team development, supervision, public speaking, and communication. After graduating with highest honors from Portland State University with a B.S. in Psychology, Taylor spent a decade building various government funded programs from the ground-up at non-profits and higher-education institutions. Since 2017, she has grown Norcal APEX Accelerator’s service area into one of the top five in the country and positioned the program as a nation-wide leader. In 2021 her center won APTAC’s national Economic Impact Award for fostering significant outcomes for businesses obtaining government contracts.
