I lead the US Federal Government Contracts legal team, and provide advice and counsel regarding US public sector technology contracts with a focus on enabling deals and improving business outcomes. I ensure compliance with state, federal, and international laws and regulations. I provide expert advice on business and legal matters including all aspects of US federal and state level contracts. International Trade - Liaise with International Trade Compliance Organization to prevent and mitigate violations of export control regulations and sanctions such as ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. Investigations - Protect the company’s interests in investigations involving the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, ethics complaints, and other fraud or misconduct-related matters. Organize documents, interview witnesses, and work directly with outside counsel and the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer on such matters. Resolve issues such as fraudulent invoices and misdirected payments.
