Oversee all sales, member experience and operations of the Serendipity Labs collaborative workspace locations in Charleston.

Book of business was expanded from $2M to $8M annually and transitioned to the team working in the most significant part of Snagajob business alongside our agency partners. Managed prominent books of business for new logo deals for Snagajob over 100 accounts across multiple industries over $50K-$200K in ARR with Snagajob- the largest hiring platform for hourly workers. Partnered with long tenured Account Executives to maintain and implement partnerships with key brands. Consistently met with clients for platform training, account optimizations, troubleshooting and metrics reviews. Affected by third round of layoffs.

Promoted to enterprise team after five months with Snagajob, managing a book of business in excess of $2M, overseeing the full revenue cycle including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline development, customer acquisition, new client account setup, account management and customer relationships.

Responsible for oversight of operating, marketing and selling Kenect's coworking facility. Primary functions included managing operations of staff, conducting weekly and monthly reports to owners, networking and programming events, creating a space “vibe,” marketing and membership promotions to development and attract memberships to the Kenect brand.
