Research, develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies utilizing RecruitLadder to search through 4M+ resumes and identify the most qualified candidates with skills that pertain to open $100K positions for a variety of clients. Develop and grow effective relationships with key account stakeholders to understand current and projected staffing requirements and specifications. Provide a much faster and efficient way to find and put recruiters in touch with both active and passive candidates for their open roles and their pipeline.

Assist the Director of the park by performing any of the various roles requested, including but not limited to: taking minutes, dictation of mail/emails, payroll, interviewing, placing/receiving phone calls, and filing and locating files within archives. Act as the direct point of contact for the public. Provides patrons with assistance in all park matters. • Set appointments with patrons interested in using the grounds for weddings. Plan weddings and hire vendors to aid in the successful procession of the ceremonies and receptions. • Issuing of photography permits for weddings and general use for artists, to produce park revenue.• Coordinate schedule of building rentals for clients, also resulting in profit for the park.• Assisted sourcing for positions available within the park• Interviewed candidates (phone screens and in-person) • Collected and distributed time sheets to all park employees (15-20 employees)• Dealt with any paperwork pertaining to any employee issues

Revenue Clerk– Calculation of daily revenue from the park office, golf course, park umbrella stands, and boat basin. Directly accountable for all paper work including deposits. Conducted on-site audits of all park locations (i.e. golf course, tolls, concessions, park office, etc.) Updated log books. Administrative Office – Primary roles encompassed: Public Relations. Assisted patrons over the phone and in the office. Sale of Empire Passports and Fishing Permits. Liaison between park management and all park employees. Addressed emergency situations and notified park officials.
