I began my journey at the courts in the Jury Services department in the Supreme Court of California - County of Sonoma where I perform a variety of legal process work in the Superior Court, such as order jury summons for the County of Sonoma, assign Jurors to a case, organize and maintain attendance of jurors sitting on a case, and perform customer service skills by answering any questions prospective jurors or the public may have relating to jury services. I have now promoted into the civil department of the courts where I process sensitive and complex legal documents, schedule hearings for cases, perform customer service skills, and exercise knowledge of the legal process to efficiently assist in the flow of legal proceedings.

As ADRC (Aging and Disability Resource Center) Coordinator, it was my responsibility to ensure our consumers receive all services offered to them through our organization and the County services. I acted as Liaison between our organization and the County to ensure the disability and aging community has access to a wide range of services. As DDAR Coordinator, I was responsible for our ILC's Disability Disaster Access and Resources program. I ensured that people who needed access to power for their medical devices have that access during a power outage by supplying them with a GoalZero Backup Battery. I was responsible for the intake of applicants, decipher who is eligible, and process all their paperwork and ultimately am the one to loan out the battery and maintain a relationship with my clients to ensure their safety. I worked through PG&E's Planned Safety Power Shutoffs to ensure the safety of the disability community during these emergencies. I also loaned out Chrome books to those who do not have access as well as I run our Disaster Training Workshop. Overall, my goal for the people I serve is to be more independent with the help of our resources.

I created and served fellow students coffee in our popular study area on campus. I clean and organize the workplace to be ready for fellow coworkers the next day.
