In my career and life experience, I have accomplished many community service projects and have a vast experience working with nonprofit and volunteer organizations. I hold experience with marketing strategies and applications using spreadsheet, social media, blog posts, and multimedia. I consider myself a self - motivated team player with a strong and detail oriented work ethic.I have gained important skills while building my connection with my community by working as a program coordinator for the Disability Services and Legal Center, running their disaster program and ensuring my consumers are safe during an emergency and to teach them how to be independent in times of crisis. Academically, I have gained acceptance into Pi Sigma Alpha, the political science national honors society. As a political science major and sociology minor, I have passion and excitement to start a career in legislation. Being apart of my school's Model UN team I have experience in debate tactics and I also have experience fighting for my beliefs as a part of my schools’ lobby corps team who went to Sacramento to lobby for the #fixfinancialaid campaign.
