As a product marketing intern, I worked to promote one of the fastest growing startups in the United States. Through extensive research on sales strategies, I was able to write educated blogs for the launch of the company's forum. This also allowed me to create sales enablement documents for our inbound and outbound sales team, so that they could improve the quality of their touchpoints. My biggest takeaway from this experience, was that I had no personal connection to SaaS, and that it was not the industry that I wanted to work in.

As a technology consultant intern, my team and I created a proactive proposal to improve the customer engagement and customer experience, for a well-known luxury goods company. We created an extensive report with industry research, opportunities to expand, and an expansion plan with the use of a mobile application. One of my biggest takeaways from this experience was how to closely collaborate with a team of six other people completely online, to make our report and presentations flow, and our research and ideas cohesive.

I handled between $10,000-$30,000 daily, as well as sensitive member information. One of my biggest takeaways from this experience was how to work quickly under time constraints, while continuing to provide excellent customer service.
