While at Grainger I learned to develop processes, analyzing data, manage and support inboxes, document and organize auditing operations for our team, and build/maintain Sharepoint sites. Also, I gained experience working cross functionally with different teams and help create presentations for our business leaders.

While being a CIBE Partner we were distributed into separate groups working on different project to increase productivity of the school. Right now my group and I are drawing up plans to redo the basement of the library here at Wabash College this involves creativity, precision, and group cooperation.

During the LABB Internship we are creating business plans, learning about income statements and balance sheets, and finally presenting investment pitches to investors.

Over the summer my job is to interpret data, problem solve, and become more innovative on how to make Grainger's pricing methods more advanced. I have analyzed over 500k rows of data in order to find trends and discuss possible solutions to multiple problems throughout the company.

While working at meijer I was a cashier, and acquired a lot of communication skills while dealing with customers on a day to day basis. Along with communication skills I have bettered my mathematical skills by dealing with quick calculations and handling finances.

Here at RCR technology I have installed anti-virus software, made excel spreadsheets, and sat in on coding meetings for creating websites about how to prevent child abuse and promote positive lifestyles for children.
