Taylor has over 15 years of experience working as an academic/associate clinical counselor in multiple educational settings. After gaining experience in Trauma-Informed Care practices, she jumped into Mind-Body medicine and, in 2018, became Certified in Health & Wellness Coaching. Now, as a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Functional Nutrition Counselor, she helps independent clients with gut/brain symptoms transition into their next decade with vitality and without all the bumps.Currently, she instructs in an NBHWC-approved coach training program: UCSD Extension Health & Wellness Coach Training Program.Using behavior change theory, mind-body medicine, positive psychology, and functional nutrition-she empowers others to heal naturally and reduce their reliance on the healthcare system through foundational medicine.
