Senior Program Coordinator - Technical Expert
CurrentI am responsible for acting as principal investigator (PI) for projects sponsored by Metropolitan Energy Center. As the PI, I am required to have a technical understanding of project planning and deployment for energy technologies and methods, organize and coordinate project activities, track and report progress for various grant activities, prepare reports to grantor agencies, and implement and monitor program activities, expenditures, and other opportunities.I resolve complex problems within my area of responsibility. I consult relevant documentation and liaise with appropriate resources to obtain and provide information on diverse and complex issues. I have acquired a working knowledge of other specializations and am able to act in situations where another specialist is not available.I create reports and presentations for departmental projects and wider programs. I build upon team data analysis and coworkers' writing of project/program reports. I am required to work with contractors, consultants, and community organizations in order to ensure the projects meet the community's needs and grantor agencies' expectations.
