I am a Program Coordinator at Metropolitan Energy Center in Kansas City. I help manage government grants and contracts focused on renewable energies and electrification. Working with stakeholders and sub-recipients, I help to streamline the project process to ensure the completion of grants and other funding opportunities. Some projects require the completion of deliverables, while others focus on reporting and outreach. I currently work on the DRIVE (Drive Electric USA), EVUM (Electric Vehicles in Underserved Markets, CCEEJI (Clean CIties Environmental & Energy Justice Initiative) and Lawrence projects. The majority are related to fleet electrification, the development of EVSE infrastructure, and increasing accessibility to clean transportation. Connecting communities with clean energy is a large component of my role.I am also a part-time piano and guitar teacher at Base Academy of Music, an organization focused on providing affordable music lessons to all families and unleashing their potential through a supercharged learning experience.I am experienced in ArcGIS Pro/ESRI, ESG Strategy development, green fleet analysis, data analysis, data collection, urban planning, electrification and renewable energy planning, and project management. I am also fluent in Spanish and have experience interpreting, digital marketing, teaching, and the Adobe Suite. I am an expert in Microsoft Office/Excel, music production, music theory, piano, and problem-solving.
