These roles continue to involve consulting with authority representatives, advising on the direction and content of the supports and delivering interventions. I have built a panel of experts to deliver parts of the key content and to facilitate some of the coaching. My speciality is "experience building"... from scoping existing tourism offerings (accommodation, activities, attractions, experience offerings) and advising on new ways to bundle, deliver or sell, to brainstorming new and world unique experience to bring to the national and International market. Always customer led, my approach is rooted in up to date market research and underpinned by detailed product knowledge on the ground.I have developed and facilitated a wide range of tourism training programmes and ad hoc tourism training workshops for clients such as Tourism Northern Ireland, Failte Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, The Marketing Institute of Ireland, The Irish Academy of Public Relations and Leadership Management Ireland. With a dynamic & engaging facilitation style, I always adapt the delivery of content to suit the needs of the participants.

Both directly and indirectly (through Tourism Northern Ireland, Newry Mourne & Down District Council, Mid Ulster District Council & Failte Ireland) I have to date worked with over 500 tourism businesses. I have designed and delivered a number of Intensive longer Programmes including "Extending the Season - Building Saleable Experiences", "Sales & Marketing for Tourism Businesses", "Get Market Ready" and "Sales Growth for Long Term Success". In addition I have designed and delivered over 40 1 day topics specific workshops and coached hundreds of clients directly.I work closely with the Business Owner and/or Sales & Marketing Director to set and achieve goals for their tourism businesses. I absolutely love to see the incredible progress both personally and business-wise with my clients!

I played an instrumental role throughout of the creation, development and delivery of The Sales Academy at Failte Ireland. Advising on topics, creating content, developing support materials and delivering the majority of the facilitated modules. A wide range of senior tourism professionals completed this intensive programme which included facilitated training workshops and individual mentoring. In association with Cornell University, the programme was delivered at the IMI campus Dublin and New York City.Topics included:- Sales Perspectives, Routes to Market, Successful Trade Events, Leadership & Motivation, Consultative Sales Techniques, Digital & Online Sales, Sales Planning & CRM & Sales Planning.
