-Facilitate a smooth ordering experience for customers with commercial espresso equipment needs through e-mail and over the phone -Enter customer orders in multiple ERP's and trackers(MS Suite, Syteline/Infor) in an efficient manner.-Collaborate with sales representatives and production schedulers to facilitate customer requests involving order fulfillment timelines -Secure equipment sales through in-person customer meetings and showroom experiences-Demonstrate deep knowledge of the specialty coffee industry, our products, and competitor products in order to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

-Negotiate and manage contracts for live performances-Collaborate with other agents to maximize efficiency of communication with music venues-Develop relationships with both artists and venues in order to expand the agency's influence and reputation

Design, execute, and deliver electronics packages for competitive marching arts programmes around the United States. Create immersive and experiential soundscapes that enhance the general effect of a marching ensemble that meet and exceed industry standards.

-Prepare main venue space for load-in using riders, stage plots, supplemental documents provided by talent-Conduct efficient and professional line and soundchecks on a tight timeline-Assist talent with miscellaneous questions regarding facilities (green room/restroom locations, hospitality, etc)-Attend FOH mix during show for a balanced, clear, and full sound -Strike venue's equipment and replace neatly in designated storage areas
