Her unorthodox professional corporate journey beginning in the Fine Arts, instilled principles of determination, resilience, and adaptability to excel forward in her corporate career. In addition to her current role, Taylor has cultivated vibrant entrepreneurial passion projects including self-directed and produced social media appearances that have generated a cumulative viewership exceeding 2 Million+ views. She has been interviewed for Newsweek and Business Insider to share her take on navigating personal relationships as a millennial and contributes content and perspective to a NYC based social media platform. Taylor approaches her career development goals with a long-term symbiotic view which correlates to the company's trajectory, believing that a fine balancing of coupling her desire for personal growth with that of the company's maturity is an approach that fosters mutual trust and bigger opportunities within the firm. Her commitment at Deerfield Management over eight years before transitioning to Deerfield’s life science innovation campus team is testament to Taylor's philosophy and work ethic. While at Deerfield Management, she successfully spearheaded the decommission and relocation efforts of a combined 60,000 sq feet of office space to Deerfield’s newly purchased Cure. building in New York City’s Flatiron District. During the decommission, Taylor liaised between internal operations management, external property management and information technology teams while meeting tight deadlines to successfully execute the project. Upon the initial opening of the Cure. building, Taylor was essential in managing day to day office operations to effectively introduce the Deerfield Management team to their new home. After nearly a decade, with Deerfield and their subsidiary, Cure, Taylor has joined Advent International to carve out Operations in their New York office as they ramp up for growth and expansion. Taylor is thrilled to apply her industry knowledge to add value to the Advent ecosystem.
