I am a diligent, ambitious mathematician and programmer who strives for the best quality in everything I do, as well as assist others in achieving the best of their own abilities at the same time. I have acquired incredible knowledge through my studies of mathematics all the way up to degree level, as well as experience in tutoring and helping others through prefect schemes during my Sixth Form years. I’ve always been resilient and efficient with whatever I do, and I consistently put myself far beyond the bare minimum to ensure anything I produce or get involved with is of the greatest standard, including creating algorithmic programming projects such as exploring various maze generation and pathfinding algorithms.I have experience with industry-standard programming languages including C languages (such as C# and C++), Java, Python, MySQL (and other forms of SQL), Lua, VB.NET, among others. I am also proficient in web-specific languages - including HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript - and mathematical languages such as R and MATLAB. I also have experience and knowledge of: data formats such as JSON and XML, extensions of other languages such as jQuery, and MVC frameworks.Please note that I am fast-learning when it comes to programming languages. For example, I have yet to dabble deep into languages such as TypeScript, React, and ASP.NET though I can easily adapt to these languages at a rapid pace where necessary.In terms of software development, I have experience in specifying, designing, building, and evaluating computer systems. Most recently was a PHP-based maze generation game system created with the CodeIgniter MVC framework. The iterative approach to developing and testing a solution is a crucial element of software development and I have a long history of practicing such methods. I am also in the habit of leaving appropriate comments wherever necessary and approaching problems with efficiency and consistency in mind.Outside mathematics and programming, I am interested in science fiction and creative writing.
