External recruiting support for Tri-State (NY, NJ & CT) and Atlanta Offices for RGP as part of the Talent Generation team (Talent Acquisition). Identified, interviewed and assessed new applicants for the RGP model and specific client needs.

-Responsible for recruiting accounting, finance and audit professionals utilizing various sources including in-house database, advertising, referrals, and the internet.-Manage job listings on our company website.-Maintain resume database and set up a system that is able to search key words on the resumes.-Work closely with clients on recruitment strategies and best sourcing methods.-Conduct detailed phone interviews to qualify candidates and ascertain experience level, skill set, career goals, interests, and salary requirements.
