Whether it’s finding the perfect dress to manufacture for a Bridal Party to meet the needs of 3 expecting bridesmaids or quickly sourcing an alternate water-resistant fabric option based on feedback from retail partners and managing to still meet production deadlines, I’ve been able to quickly uncover a customer’s pain point and identify a strategic solution. With my refined skill set, I bring customer centric mindfulness that enables companies to innovate and thrive. This is what I've done during my time at Lauren James as I fostered the launch of the Bridal division and facilitated brand collaborations with sports giants like The Dallas Cowboys and The University of Texas.
