Provided critical production support throughout manufacturing of 500+ airplanes during tenureincluding U.S. Navy planes and 737s, reporting to Senior Unit Manager.• Procured a high volume of components for military aircraft, leveraging knowledge of U.S.government contracting regulations and ITAR requirements.• Served as Compliance Manager for key production line, contributing to on-time delivery ofcomponents for 30+ aircraft each month.• Directed redevelopment of specialized training model which impacted nearly 150 employeesincluding senior management while serving as primary contact for all new hires.• Oversaw recertification for divisional mechanics, promoting completion of mandatory activities.• As Compliance Manager, updated FAA requirements and attended weekly compliancewalkthroughs of panel shop to promote compliance.• Led team of 15 specialized staff, optimized staffing to meet targeted production rates.

Provided support for Design for Manufacturing (DFMA) Workshops with Airline Customers. Assisted in the facilitation of workshops where 787 Business Class Suites were designed for manufacturing working with Engineering, Quality, Airline Customers, Mechanics, etc. Organized post-workshop Report Out to Leadership. Delivered In-Service issues report to 787 Interiors Leadership on a regular basis.
