There are so many amazing careers in the medical field and all I know is I want to be a part of it. My name is Taylor Gull and I am a student at Utah Valley University and Spanish Fork High School. I enjoy doing anything outdoors and I am a level 10 competitive gymnast. Some of my favorite activities include skiing, hiking, hunting, boating, and riding dirt bikes. Throughout all of these sports and outdoor activities, I have had and witnessed injuries. I love the idea of being able to help people feel better and get back to doing what they love just like doctors have done for me in the past. I have been an honors student all my life and have completed courses through UVU and SUU. My drive to do well in school is high and I believe that this drive will carry over into my future career. I love to work hard and accomplish things. As a competitive gymnast, I train for five hours a day. After practice, I work and work on homework. This full schedule has given me great time management skills. I believe that my love to be on the go and work hard will be great in my future career in the medical field. My whole life I have been raised in Utah, which is a very active state. People here love to be on the go and do outdoor sports. I share this passion and this has made me witness how much people love to do active hobbies. When people are stuck inside sick or injured it makes it hard to find joy in the things they love to do. I want to be able to help these people. Being an intern at Pace Clinic has shown me just how much I can help people in the medical field. I want to help others feel good and get back to doing what they love.
