CommonLit is an edtech nonprofit serving over 20 million registered teachers and students in grades 3-12 with an evidence-based digital literacy program. Our mission is to make sure that every student graduates high school with the reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills they need to be successful in college and beyond. Our digital library and 360 curriculum are currently used in over 80% of US public schools!In my role at CommonLit, I get to spread the word about our high-quality digital literacy program to schools and districts across the country. Prior to joining the CommonLit team, I served as a high school English teacher and teacher leader in Durham, NC for ten years. During that time, I also mentored new teachers as a Clinical Educator and developed curriculum on a school-and district-level.
