As COO, I oversee all agency operations including financial health, resourcing, program management, and client relationships, with the end goal of producing artful, engaging experiences that drive business for our Clients.

During my time As Managing Director, I optimized the agency business model through enhanced value-driven offerings, streamlined project operations and improved financial reporting to positively impact our bottom line.

In addition to substantially increasing our organic Client revenue growth, I also oversaw the integration of all backend operational systems with NYT and launched a new and improved Program Management department to oversee successful, cost-effective delivery.
