I currently serve as the Chief of Learning Engineering at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where I lead the design, development, and evaluation of innovative and evidence-based learning solutions that enhance the quality and effectiveness of veteran care and services. In addition to my role at the VA, I am also the President and Founder of T-Squared Solutions, Inc, a social enterprise that offers professional preparation, tutoring, mentorship, and coaching for recreational therapy students and professionals.
