I am passionate about people, and the experiences that make us unique. Throughout my career, I have had the ability to work in different areas of a business and truly understand what it takes to create best in class products and experiences. I have learned that the little things matter. Taking the time to understand, to communicate and to work as a team are all critical in creating something that people care about.I have had the opportunity to work through the product development process, beginning with user needs based in one-on-one research and prototype testing, to customer needs through training and sales in various channels of distribution. I managed multiple product categories through end user / consumer focused research throughout the country, and worked hand in hand with engineering and marketing teams to launch innovative new products. I was able to create strategic sell-in plans through creative marketing materials and promotional programs and drive sales through key distribution partners. In order to promote sell through, I assisted and lead the development of training programs for both sales training and product training for internal and external sales teams. I also worked with large distributors and clients to think ahead, plan and execute a variety of tactics. These opportunities allowed me to create experiences that matter through emotional human connections.I am passionate about connecting with people and positively impacting their lives through products, understanding and experiences.
