• Responsible for all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, providing strategic political analysis, speech writing, policy development and the coordination of key campaign messaging. Responsibilities.
• Developed campaign themes and objectives and ensured these were reflected throughout all aspects of the campaign.
• Maximized traditional and modern campaign methods on limited budgets including ensuring the campaign had a strong presence on social media both in terms of engaging with audience and visually by using graphics.
• Produced all campaign press releases and developed strong links with key members of the press.
• Organised campaign diary and events, including plotting out key speeches and policy interventions, press visits and a nationwide tour of Scotland.
