In my role as North America Retail Marketing Manager & Visual Merchandiser at Helly Hansen, I successfully spearheaded retail campaigns and marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer experience across North America. By leading direct marketing initiatives, managing store openings, and adapting Norwegian-based campaigns, I effectively increased brand awareness and sales. My retail marketing efforts also resulted in key styles becoming top sellers during campaigns.

As the Co-Founder of Surfing with Smiles in Hampton, NH, I founded and scaled a nonprofit organization that teaches individuals with disabilities how to surf. I fostered partnerships with sponsors, government officials, and the community, while developing creative fundraising initiatives and leading all marketing initiatives.

While I was the Marketing Manager at Outside Magazine, I oversaw the end-to-end execution of 150+ multi-channel campaigns annually for prominent outdoor brands.
