As a home warranty intern, I work to create and manage relationships with customers who have home warranties through IGS. I aim to provide a positive, helpful experience for customers through projecting the IGS brand and values.

As a marketing and communications intern, I was able to take charge of the online and social media presence of the organization and take it to the next level. I created a social media strategy that launched the company into an upwards turn in terms of social media following and their image portrayed. I also worked to advance communications tactics and practices within the nonprofit organization, leaving the company with a year-round communications calendar, available for their use at all times.

Obsessed Accessories Boutique is a small boutique in Irwin, Pennsylvania featuring jewelry, clothing and various other accessories varying in price range and targeted age range.My role was a social media manager, developing the Instagram and Facebook presence for the store. I was able to organize a Facebook Sale, with sales totaling over $1,000 and reaching customers all across the world. As a retail specialist, I was able to assist customers in purchasing decisions. I was aware of the brands and lines featured in the store and able to introduce customers to what would best fit their wants and needs.

Irwin, Pennsylvania

Dance Expressions by Erica is a competitive dance studio in Irwin, Pennsylvania serving hundreds of students 6 days of the week. The studio contains a recreational program, developing basic dance skills and knowledge, as well as a competitive team that travels across the country to participate in intense team and individual competitions.As a dance instructor, I taught techniques and skills of ballet, jazz, and tap to 3-5 age group in order to develop their passion and skill in the art of dance. I had to enforce all rules and policies while maintaing order in the learning environment. At the end of the year, I was able to choreograph and coach the class into a final performance piece showcased at an end of year recital in front of friends and family and a large audience.
