Shipping Support Supervisor:Manage the following projects to ensure they are within SLA and following correct processes.• Return Spreadsheet Sheets for Each Return Facility• Held RMAs in Admin• Shipping Support Queue• Held Order in GTI-Train shipping support agents on new processes, refined processes, etc, and train new Shipping Support agents.-Collaborate with all Distribution Centers, various members within our organization, and our shipping carriers to handle any individual order concerns, address corrections, shipping delays, etc.-Monitor GTI and WMS systems proactively to catch any additional shipping issues or delays that begin to arise.-One-on-Ones with Shipping Support Agents when neededContent Writer:-Communicate all shipping related concerns to Customer Care Agents and managers via internal Knowledge base.-Write and send Shipping related MailChimps campaigns to Presenters/customers regarding urgent order/shipping delays, updates, or changes.-Monitor Inventory requests and work closely with the Inventory Team to ensure all relevant information is communicated to internal agents and external customers/Presenters.-Monitor Customer Care Trends daily, and work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and resolutions.-Implement new processes/policies as needed.·Audit and maintain content used and referenced by all internal agents and external customers/Presenters.-Write and edit macro's/quick text used for internal-external communication needs.
