Front Desk Receptionist
Current- Responsible for incoming calls and appointments. Ensure visitors are greeted, entered in the security visitor system, questions answered, and routed to their appropriate meeting room.
- Print and issue ID badges for employees and visitors.
- Manage employee hoteling and meeting room requests. Ensure all requests are met and rooms are neatly maintained. Manage menus and order all food and beverages for meeting rooms.
- Monitor office equipment. Assign work order requests and ensure resolution.
- Maintain employee phone and email directory. Assist corporate reception manager with onboarding national and international staff with seating/office assignments.
- Receive packages for employees and guests.
