As a member of the front desk team, I was responsible for checking in clients, booking appointments, answering emails and questions through social media, taking class videos, and keeping the studio and common areas tidy. In addition, I was in charge of taking payments for classes, studio rentals, and merchandise purchases. A notable achievement during my time at Drop in Dance Winnipeg was when I assisted in moving our almost 2,500 client's info to a new booking system. Later on, we once again moved systems and I took it upon myself to be the sole member moving over client information. Hence why I say I love detailed, repetitive work!

As a postal clerk for Canada Post (inside of Sobeys), I was responsible for receiving and processing mail such as parcels and letters. In addition, it was my responsibility to give customers parcels, process money orders, moneygram, coin sales, mail forwarding, P.O Boxes, and more. This job was centred around being an efficient multi-tasker which was an environment I thrived in.
