My responsibilities in this role were to perform product demonstrations for clients, showcasing platform features tailored to their specific clinical trials or products. Additionally relationship management with vendors, supportive services, and site networks was integral to success in the position. Achievements:- Designed, developed and performed over 30 customised demonstrations for clients, including multinational pharmaceutical companies, for varying therapeutic indications and diseases. For many projects where limited information was provided, this required research into their R&D pipeline, analysis of published literature from earlier phases of the trials of their products, and selecting likely and relevant outcomes to then model the measurements for these outcomes in the system. - Successfully led the partnership with a major partner, involving regular meetings, bid defences, and training development for the Business Development (BD) team.- Effectively transitioned studies for various clients, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality data outcomes.- Improved recruitment strategies and resolved data issues for several studies, leading to better project outcomes and client satisfaction.- Established as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in decentralised clinical trials, providing clients with in-depth insights and guidance.

As an Implementation Project Manager, I managed the implementation of decentralised clinical trials across APAC and the USA using agile methodologies. I oversaw internal business practice improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I provided support in study design and project management of digital development for each clinical trial assigned. Achievements:- Successfully completed two cross-department process improvement projects, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and quality for the entire clinical operations team.- Maintained strong and positive relationships with clients, contributing to the success of studies, including in a study where the project was at risk of failure unless significant changes were made to its execution and delivery. Through effective communication and identification of novel solutions, the project was able to be salvaged and trial was completed successfully while also strengthening the overall relationship with the client.

Operating in a multi-site capacity, I was responsible for being trained in all medical and radiation oncology and haematology clinical trials being conducted at sites across southeast Queensland. This training enabled me to provide backup during staff absences or shortages and to effectively train incoming clinical trial coordinators.Achievements:- Implemented and managed the first phase I haematology clinical trial performed at Icon Research, requiring facilitation of doctors, pharmacists, and phlebotomists from various Brisbane sites, local vendors, and multiple private hospitals.- Recruited 4 participants to the highly competitive study, strictly managing their care to adhere to the complex and intensive requirements of the trial.- Championed the adoption and implementation of advanced digital systems relating to accessing and working with medical records from different health care provider types, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and data management across multiple regional sites. An example of this was acquiring access to the PACS systems of partnering radiology companies to access our participants scans and reports, then an interoperable software that could redact the documents, and replace personal identifiers with the participants trial identification number. The software then provided the scans in a file format that could b input into the sponsor provided image upload system.
