As a Success Coach, I am privileged to work with college and university students re-enrolling in higher education. Using evidence-based practices while leveraging technology and data, I help create a path forward for folx continuing and completing a part of their journey in education.

I perform in live (now virtual) variety shows featuring a diverse cast of cirque, drag, and aerial artists. I develop performances using dance, martial arts, and clowning to raise audience awareness around topics including toxic masculinity, body positivity, environmentalism, sexual consent, and emotional intelligence.

I Identify client's value sets while supporting sustainable behavioral and work practices. While serving as a coach for a portfolio of 200 to 300 students, I fostered community development through restorative justice practices and program facilitation. Training and developing 30+ student leaders and professional staff in conflict management and mediation I responded to and resolved community disputes and propagated civil discourse. Analyzing data from student learning outcomes and KPI's I made iterative improvements to program performance in service of students' academic and career goals. Creating programming models for a diverse community, I facilitated workshops dedicated to critical thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, and social justice.

Served as an administrator and coach to law involved youth attending a state-mandated educational program. Through authentic connection, empathy, and restorative justice techniques, I supported the growth of youth struggling to connect with a system that often left them disenfranchised.

Primarily responsible for the case management of student conduct and supervising student staff, I served as a judicial hearing officer for Office of Residence Life. Anticipating and responding to the needs of a progressive student population I created programming supporting the entire student body often focusing on LGBTQIA issues and support.
