• Attend all Board of Directors meetings• Keep and record all the minutes of board meetings• Plan, coordinate, and participate in outreach events for Operation: SNIP• Use Operation: SNIP’s mission, strategy, and goals to reach the most donors and potential clients • Assist in the application of grants to sustain Operation: SNIP’s spay and neuter efforts

• Actively identify opportunities and sell Patterson Veterinary technology products and solutions • Act as an ongoing adviser to Patterson Veterinary customers regarding their technology structure and software packages• Achieve sales goals and grow my assigned territory• Coordinate and facilitate lunch and learn trainings and speaking events focused on veterinary marketing technology• Consults with territory managers, branch managers, and customers to assess and meet our customer's technology needs• Assist the customers with identifying technology solution(s) and business flow that will suit their needs. Recommend improvements and upgrades as appropriate.• Responsible for training and supporting accounts in the use of technology products and solutions.• Attend, participate in, and support meetings and activities (i.e., trade shows, technology events and marketing activities)

• Communicate and educate clients on the importance of spay, neuter, and preventative care • Encourage sales of Operation:SNIP’s wellcare services and preventive care products• Oversee ordering and inventory management• Oversee budgeting and financial management• Plan fundraising events for a 501(c)(3) non-profit high volume spay, neuter and wellcare clinic• Seek out and apply for grants that benefit Operation: SNIP• Marketing and social media to ensure Operation: SNIP is reaching potential customers/donors
