I directed the re-organization of the R&D operational plan, gathered competitor analyses, & developed business plans for departments: marketing & CRM. I led a successful social media marketing project over the first few months. That project involved leading an intern team & resulted in more than doubling company followers and engagements due to the newly implemented marketing & communications strategies. The following months were spent organizing and implementing new communication strategies and improving the organization and flow of the existing CRM systems.

I completed event operational tasks for numerous wedding clients, created effective marketing strategies, and worked with clients & event managers.
